Please note claim "B" is for fish caught in UK waters only. All claims for Welsh record (rod caught) sea fish must be sent to:- Mr Carl Worrall, WFSA National Fish Recorder. 24 Heol-y-garth. SY23 1TE Or contact Carl Worrall Claims Procedure All forms must be completed in BLOCK CAPITALS in full and sent to the Regional or National Fish Recorder no later than 10 days after the capture of the fish. It is the responsibility of the captor to ensure is completed and handed to the regional or National Fish Recorder. All claims should be accompanied by clear photographic evidence alongside a measure. Photographs can be Emailed to the Fish Recorder. "As per WFSA Handbook page 28."
